We highly recommend wooden box packaging for optimal protection during transit, ensuring the machinery's integrity is fully preserved.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon receiving the goods, conduct a thorough inspection for any packing damage, leaks, or product damage. Confirm that product quantity and accessories match the specified requirements and meticulously verify all machine details. Report any issues promptly with photographs to ensure swift resolution.


10. Warranty Period

Enjoy a full one-year warranty, which includes complimentary machine components if they are not intentionally damaged. We provide lifelong maintenance support. Post-warranty, component costs and express fees are applicable, maintaining full transparency.

On-site debugging and customer training are available at the customer's expense. Airfare between China and the destination is covered, complemented by complimentary accommodation and meals, ensuring a seamless and efficient setup process.
