8. Packaging
We strongly recommend secure wooden box packing to safeguard against any transportation damage.
9. Acceptance Check
Upon receipt, meticulously inspect the goods: Assess for packing damage, leaks, or any product damage; ensure the product quantity and accessories meet your expectations; and verify all machine details. Capture any discrepancies with photos and contact us immediately.
10. Warranty Period
Our machines come with a comprehensive one-year warranty. During this period, we provide complimentary machine components for non-intentional damages. We also offer lifetime maintenance support. After the warranty, component and shipping costs are borne by the customer.
We provide on-site debugging and training for customers, with costs covered by the customer. This includes international air tickets, accommodation, and meals.
