We recommend sturdy wooden box packing to ensure protection during transport and prevent any damage.


9. Acceptance check

Upon receiving the goods, please perform a comprehensive inspection: Ensure there is no packing damage, leakage, or product damage; Verify the product quantity and that all accessories meet your specifications; Confirm every machine detail is accurate. In case of any issues, take photos and contact us immediately.


10. Warranty period

We provide a one-year warranty. During this period, replacement components are offered for free if they are not intentionally damaged. Lifelong maintenance services are also available. After the warranty, customers must pay for components and shipping.

On-site debugging and training are available at additional costs. Customers are responsible for airfare between China and the destination, and must provide free accommodation and meals for our technicians.

The 12-month warranty begins the day the machine arrives. Should it malfunction, engineers will be dispatched to your factory within 24 hours of notification. Support continues post-warranty. Every CNC machine is accompanied by English manuals for maintenance and operation.
