7. Production Scheduling

Production commences once the deposit is received. Typically, CNC milling machines are completed within 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines take approximately 15 days.


8. Packaging

We highly recommend opting for wooden box packaging to safeguard against potential damage during transit.


9. Inspection and Acceptance

Upon receiving the shipment, thoroughly inspect for packing integrity, potential leakage, or damage to the goods; confirm that the quantity and accessories match the order. If any issues arise, promptly take photographs and contact us.


10. Warranty Period

Our products come with a one-year warranty, during which we will provide replacement components free of charge unless the damage is intentional. We offer lifetime maintenance support. Post warranty, customers are responsible for component and shipping costs.

We offer on-site debugging and training services; however, customers must cover associated costs. This includes airfare to and from China and providing complimentary accommodation and meals.

The 12-month warranty initiates upon machine arrival. Should any malfunctions occur, we will dispatch engineers to your facility within 24 hours of notification. We extend maintenance services beyond the warranty period. Each CNC machine is accompanied by English versions of the maintenance and operation manuals upon dispatch.
