6. Payment Terms
To initiate the contract, a 40% deposit is required after signing, which puts the contract into effect.


7. Production Arrangement

Upon receiving the deposit, mass production commences. Typically, a CNC milling machine is ready in 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines take around 15 days.


8. Packaging

We highly recommend wooden box packaging to prevent any damage during transport.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon receipt of the goods, inspect thoroughly for any packaging or product damage and verify product quantity and accessories. If any issues arise, immediately capture images and contact us.


10. Warranty Period

Our machines come with a one-year warranty. During this period, we provide free components if not damaged purposefully, with lifelong maintenance services available post-warranty. After the initial year, component and shipping costs apply.

On-site debugging and customer training are available, with expenses covered by the customer. This includes airfare between China and the destination, alongside complimentary accommodation and meals.

The 12-month warranty starts upon machine delivery. Should it malfunction, our engineers will be dispatched within 24 hours of notification. We continue maintenance support post-warranty and provide English manuals with each CNC machine.
