Mass production kicks off upon deposit receipt. Typically, our state-of-the-art CNC milling machines are completed within a swift 20-day period, while automatic drilling and tapping machines are efficiently finished within just 15 days.


8. Packaging

We highly recommend wooden box packing to provide robust protection and prevent any damage during transportation, ensuring your product arrives in pristine condition.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon goods arrival, please conduct a thorough inspection: Check for any packing damage, leaks, or product damage; verify that the product quantity and all accessories align with your order requirements. Ensure every machine detail is correct. Should any issues arise, promptly take pictures and contact us immediately for resolution.


10. Warranty Period

We proudly offer a comprehensive one-year warranty. During the first year, we replace machine components free of charge if not intentionally damaged. We provide lifetime maintenance support. Post-warranty, component and shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We provide on-site debugging and training services. The customer is responsible for the related expenses, including airfare between China and your location, along with accommodation and meals.

The 12-month warranty period commences the day the machine arrives. Should a malfunction occur within this time, we dispatch engineers to your factory within 24 hours of notification. Our commitment to maintenance support extends beyond the warranty period. Each CNC machine includes English-language instructions, a maintenance manual, and an operation manual.
