On-site debugging and training are available, with associated travel expenses borne by the customer, including airfare and accommodation.

The 12-month warranty starts on machine arrival. If malfunction occurs, our engineers will visit your factory within 24 hours upon notice. Maintenance support continues post-warranty. Each machine includes an English maintenance and operation manual.
