6. Payment Terms
To activate the contract, a 40% deposit is necessitated post-signature, marking the commencement of the agreement.


7. Production Arrangement

Upon deposit receipt, we promptly begin mass production. A CNC milling machine typically takes 20 days, while our automatic drilling and tapping machines are ready in approximately 15 days.


8. Packaging

We highly recommend utilizing wooden box packaging to ensure your product remains undamaged during transit.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon receiving your goods, thoroughly inspect for any signs of packaging or product damage. Verify the quantity and accessories. For any discrepancies, please capture images and contact us immediately.


10. Warranty Period

Our machines are backed by a one-year warranty. During this time, non-purposeful damage is covered with free components and lifelong maintenance available post-warranty. After one year, component and shipping costs will apply.

On-site debugging and customer training are available, with expenses borne by the customer. This includes the cost of airfare between China and the destination, along with complimentary accommodation and meals.

The 12-month warranty initiates upon machine delivery. In case of malfunction, our engineers will arrive within 24 hours of notification. We provide continued maintenance support post-warranty and each CNC machine comes with a comprehensive English manual.
