We highly recommend wooden box packing to safeguard against damage during transit.


9. Acceptance Inspection

Upon receiving the goods, inspect for packaging damage, leakage, or any damages. Verify product quantity and accessories. If issues arise, document and contact us promptly with photos.


10. Warranty Period

We offer a comprehensive one-year warranty. Within this period, we replace components free of charge unless damage is intentional. Lifetime maintenance is available. After the warranty period, component costs and shipping fees apply.

On-site debugging and training are available at the customer's expense, covering airfare and providing accommodation and meals.

The 12-month warranty starts upon machine arrival. If issues occur, our engineers will visit your factory within 24 hours. Post-warranty, we continue to support maintenance. Each CNC machine includes English manuals for operation and maintenance.
