6. Payment Term
Upon signing the contract, a 40% deposit is required for the contract to become effective.


7. Arrange Production

Production commences upon receiving the deposit. Typically, CNC milling machines are completed within 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines are ready in 15 days.


8. Package

We highly recommend choosing wooden box packing to ensure protection during transportation.


9. Check the Acceptance

Upon receiving the goods, please carefully inspect for packing damage, leakage, and any product damage. Verify that product quantity and accessories meet your requirements. If any machine issues are found, contact us immediately with photographs.


10. Warranty Time

Enjoy a one-year warranty with complimentary components if damage is unintentional. We provide lifelong maintenance, though post-warranty, component and express fees apply.

We offer on-site debugging and customer training, however, expenses are covered by the customer. This includes air fare between China and the buyer's location, plus accommodation and meals.

The 12-month warranty starts upon machine delivery. If the machine malfunctions, our engineers will visit your factory within 24 hours of notice. We continue to offer maintenance even after warranty expiration. Each CNC machine includes English manuals for maintenance and operation.
