We highly recommend wooden box packing to ensure your product remains unscathed during transit.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon receipt, diligently examine the goods: check for any packing, leakage, or product damage; verify quantity and accessories; and confirm all machine details. If issues arise, document with photos and contact us immediately.


10. Warranty Period

We provide a one-year warranty with complimentary components if not willfully damaged, plus lifetime maintenance. Post-warranty, customers cover component and shipping fees.

We offer on-site debugging and training, with customers responsible for costs, including air tickets to and from China, and accommodation and meals.
