9. Acceptance check

Upon delivery, kindly conduct a meticulous inspection: Confirm there is no packing damage, leakage, or product damage; Ensure the quantity and accessories match your order; Verify all machine specifications are as requested. Notify us immediately with photographic evidence if any discrepancies are discovered.


10. Warranty period

Our products come with a comprehensive one-year warranty, providing complimentary replacement parts for non-intentional damage. We offer lifelong maintenance services. Post-warranty, customers are responsible for components and shipping expenses.

On-site debugging and training are available for an extra fee. Clients are responsible for round-trip airfare between China and the site, as well as complimentary lodging and meals for our technicians.

The warranty extends for 12 months from the machine's arrival date. For any malfunction, our engineers will be on-site within 24 hours of your notice. Post-warranty, ongoing maintenance support is available. Each CNC machine includes comprehensive English maintenance and operation manuals.
