8. Packaging

For safe transportation, we highly recommend using wooden box packaging to effectively prevent any potential damage.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon goods receipt, perform a thorough inspection for any packaging or product damage. Verify product quantity and accessories. Capture images and contact us immediately if any issues arise.


10. Warranty Period

Our machines include a comprehensive one-year warranty. During this time, we offer free components for non-purposeful damage and lifelong maintenance service post-warranty. After the first year, component and shipping costs apply.

We offer on-site debugging and customer training, with expenses covered by the customer. This includes airfare from China to your location, along with complimentary accommodation and meals.

The 12-month warranty begins upon machine delivery. If malfunction occurs, engineers will be dispatched within 24 hours. We continue to provide maintenance support post-warranty and supply English manuals with each CNC machine.
