7. Production Arrangement

Mass production begins after receiving the deposit. CNC milling machines usually complete within 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines are ready within 15 days.


8. Packaging

We recommend opting for sturdy wooden box packaging to ensure the goods remain undamaged during transit.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon receipt of goods, meticulously inspect for any packaging damage, leakage, or product damage. Verify that the quantity and accessories match the order. If any discrepancies or issues arise, please document them with photographs and reach out to us immediately.


10. Warranty Period

We offer a one-year warranty, where you receive free components for any non-deliberate damage. Enjoy lifelong maintenance support beyond the warranty, though post-warranty, component and shipping fees apply.

We provide on-site debugging and training for customers, with expenses covered by the customer. This includes airfare between China and the destination, with complimentary accommodation and meals provided.

The 12-month warranty starts on the machine's arrival day. In case of malfunction, our engineers will visit your factory within 24 hours of notification. Support continues post-warranty, with each machine accompanied by comprehensive English manuals.
