We recommend selecting wooden box packing to ensure protection from damage during transportation.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon receipt, please thoroughly check the products: inspect for packing damage, leakage, and any goods damage. Verify product quantity and accessories match the requisites. If any machine issues arise, promptly take photos and contact us.


10. Warranty Period

Enjoy a one-year warranty with free component replacement if not intentionally damaged. We provide lifetime maintenance. Post-warranty, costs for components and express fees apply.

We offer on-site debugging and training, with expenses covered by the customer. Costs include airfares between China and the customer's destination, alongside free accommodation and meals.

The 12-month warranty commences on machine arrival. Should issues occur, we dispatch engineers within 24 hours post-notification. Our maintenance support extends beyond the warranty period. Each CNC machine includes maintenance and operation manuals in English.
