5. Can non-standard machines perform both tapping and drilling work?

6. Payment Terms
Upon signing the contract, a 40% deposit is required to bring the contract into effect.


7. Production Arrangement

Mass production begins upon receipt of the deposit. Typically, CNC milling machines are completed within 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines are finished within 15 days.


8. Packaging

We recommend choosing wooden box packaging to ensure the product remains undamaged during transportation.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon receiving the goods, please check carefully for any packaging damage, leakage, or product damage. Verify that the product quantity and accessories match your requirements, and ensure all machine details are correct. If any issues arise, please photograph them and contact us immediately.


10. Warranty Period

We offer a one-year warranty during which we will provide free replacement components if not damaged intentionally. We also offer lifelong maintenance. After the warranty period, customers are responsible for component and express fees.

We provide on-site debugging and training, with customers covering expenses. This includes airfare between China and your destination, along with complimentary accommodation and meals.

The 12-month warranty starts from the machine's arrival date. Should the machine malfunction, we will dispatch engineers to your factory within 24 hours after receiving your notification. We also provide ongoing maintenance after the warranty expires. Each CNC machine comes with comprehensive English manuals for maintenance and operation.
