7. Production Arrangement

Mass production commences after deposit receipt. Typically, CNC milling machines are ready in 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines are completed within 15 days.


8. Packaging

We highly recommend using wooden box packing to ensure the product's safety during transit.


9. Acceptance Inspection

Upon receipt, thoroughly inspect the product for any packing damage, leaks, or discrepancies in quantity and accessories. In case of any issues, promptly take pictures and contact us.


10. Warranty Duration

Enjoy a one-year warranty. We provide free components within the first year unless damage is intentional. We offer lifelong maintenance support. Post-warranty, components and express fees are chargeable.

We offer on-site debugging and training, with costs borne by the customer. This includes airfare between China and the destination, as well as complimentary accommodation and meals.

The 12-month warranty starts upon machine delivery. Should any issues arise, our engineers will respond within 24 hours. Support continues even post-warranty, with each CNC machine accompanied by English maintenance and operation manuals.
