6. Payment Term
Once the contract is signed, a 40% deposit is required to bring it into effect.


7. Arrange Production

Production begins upon receipt of the deposit. Typically, CNC milling machines are completed within 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines are ready within 15 days.


8. Packaging

We highly recommend opting for wooden box packaging to ensure your product remains undamaged during transportation.


9. Check Acceptance

Upon receipt of the goods, thoroughly inspect the product: Check for packing damage, leakage, and ensure no goods are damaged. Verify that product quantity and accessories meet your requirements. If any issues arise, please take pictures and contact us immediately.


10. Warranty Time

Enjoy peace of mind with a one-year warranty. We provide free components for the first year if damage isn't intentional. We also offer lifelong maintenance. Post-warranty, customers will cover component and express fees.

We offer on-site debugging and training, with expenses covered by the customer. This includes airfare between China and your destination, along with complimentary accommodation and meals.

Our 12-month warranty starts upon the machine's arrival. If issues arise, our engineers will be at your factory within 24 hours of notification. We offer ongoing support beyond the warranty period. Each CNC machine is delivered with English maintenance and operation manuals.
