10.Warranty time

Enjoy a comprehensive one-year warranty. Within the first year, we provide complimentary machine components, barring intentional damage. We also offer lifetime maintenance services. Post-warranty, customers are responsible for component and express fees.

We can provide on-site debugging and training at the customer's expense. Customers must cover airfare between China and the buyer's location, as well as provide complimentary accommodation and meals.

A 12-month warranty begins upon the machine's arrival. Should the machine fail to operate normally, our engineers will be dispatched to your facility within 24 hours of notification. We continue to support maintenance beyond the warranty period. Each CNC machine is accompanied by comprehensive English instructions, including a maintenance and operation manual.
