8. Packaging

We strongly advocate using wooden box packaging to ensure protection against potential damage during transit.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon goods arrival, conduct a thorough inspection for any packaging or product damage, and verify the completeness of product quantity and accessories. Should any discrepancies occur, promptly document with images and reach out to us immediately.


10. Warranty Period

Our machines come with a comprehensive one-year warranty. During this period, we offer free replacement parts if not damaged intentionally, with lifelong maintenance services continuing beyond the warranty. Post the initial year, component and shipping costs will be applicable.

On-site debugging and customer training services are available, with expenses borne by the customer, including airfare between China and the destination, along with complimentary accommodation and meals.

The 12-month warranty initiates upon machine delivery. Should any issues arise, our engineers will be deployed within 24 hours of notification. We continue to offer maintenance support beyond the warranty and provide comprehensive English manuals with each CNC machine.
