A 40% deposit is required upon signing the contract, which then becomes effective, ensuring commitment from both parties.


7. Arrange Production

Upon receiving the deposit, mass production commences. Typically, CNC milling machines are completed within 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines are ready within 15 days.


8. Package

For optimal safety during transit, we recommend wooden box packaging to prevent any damage.


9. Check the Acceptance

Upon receiving the goods, conduct a thorough inspection: Check for any packing damage, leaks, or product damage; Ensure product quantity and accessories match your order; Verify machine details. If any issues arise, document with photos and contact us immediately.


10. Warranty Time

Our machines come with a one-year warranty. Any components not intentionally damaged will be replaced for free within the first year. We offer lifelong maintenance. After the warranty period, parts and shipping fees will apply.

We provide on-site debugging and customer training, with expenses covered by the customer. This includes air travel between China and the buyer's location, plus accommodation and meals.

The 12-month warranty starts from machine delivery. Should it malfunction, our engineers will be dispatched within 24 hours of notification. Even post-warranty, maintenance is supported, and each CNC machine is accompanied by English maintenance and operation manuals.
