7. Production Schedule

Following the receipt of the deposit, mass production will begin. Typically, our CNC milling machines are completed within 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines are ready within 15 days.


8. Packaging

We highly recommend opting for secure wooden box packing to ensure your product arrives undamaged during transit.


9. Acceptance and Inspection

Upon receipt, please inspect the product meticulously: Verify the packaging is intact, check for leaks or damages, ensure the product quantity and accessories match your order, and confirm all machine details meet your standards. Should any issues arise, promptly document with photos and contact us immediately.


10. Warranty Period

Enjoy peace of mind with our one-year warranty. During the first year, components are provided at no cost if damage is not intentional, and we offer lifetime maintenance. After the warranty period, customers will cover component and shipping costs.

We offer onsite debugging and training services, with customers covering associated expenses. This includes airfare between China and the destination, alongside complimentary accommodation and meals for our team.

Our 12-month warranty starts the day your machine arrives. If operational issues occur, we dispatch engineers to your site within 24 hours of notification. Support continues post-warranty, and each CNC machine is delivered with English manuals for maintenance and operation.
