6. Payment Terms
Once the contract is signed, a 40% deposit is required, bringing the contract into effect.


7. Arrange Production

Mass production commences upon receipt of the deposit. Typically, CNC milling machines are completed within 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines are ready in just 15 days.


8. Packaging

We highly recommend selecting wooden box packing to ensure your product remains undamaged during transportation.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon receiving your goods, please meticulously check the product: Look for any packing damage or leakage, ensure the products are undamaged, verify the product quantity and accessory accuracy, and confirm all machine details meet your standards. If you encounter any issues, please take photos and contact us immediately.


10. Warranty Period

Enjoy peace of mind with a one-year warranty. Within the first year, if components are not intentionally damaged, we provide them for free. We also offer lifetime maintenance. Post-warranty, customers will cover the costs for components and express fees.

We offer on-site debugging and training services, with expenses covered by the customer. This includes airfare between China and the buyer's location, along with complimentary accommodation and meals.

Your 12-month warranty begins the day the machine arrives. If issues arise, our engineers will be at your facility within 24 hours of notification. We support machine maintenance even after the warranty expires. Every CNC machine is accompanied by comprehensive English manuals for maintenance and operation.
