9. Acceptance Check

Upon receipt, conduct a meticulous inspection for any packing damage, leaks, or product damage. Ensure product quantity and accessories match specifications, and verify all machine details. Report any issues promptly with supporting photographs.


10. Warranty Period

Benefit from a comprehensive one-year warranty, which includes complimentary machine components unless damage is intentional. We provide lifelong maintenance services. After the warranty period, component costs and express fees apply.

On-site debugging and customer training are available at the customer's expense, covering airfare between China and the destination, with complimentary accommodation and meals provided to ensure seamless training and operation.

The 12-month warranty period commences upon the machine's arrival. Should any issues arise, our dedicated engineers will respond promptly within 24 hours.
