6. Payment Term
Upon signing the contract, a 40% deposit is required to activate the contract.


7. Arrange Production

Production begins upon receiving the deposit. CNC milling machines are completed within 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines take 15 days.


8. Packaging

We recommend wooden box packaging to prevent damage during transport.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon receiving the goods, please inspect them carefully: Check for packing damage, leaks, and product conditions. Verify product quantity and accessories are correct. If any issues arise, take photos and contact us immediately.


10. Warranty Time

Our machines come with a one-year warranty. During this period, we provide free components unless damaged intentionally. Lifetime maintenance is available. After the warranty, component and shipping fees apply.

We offer on-site debugging and training, with travel expenses covered by customers. Customers are responsible for airfare and must provide accommodation and meals.

The 12-month warranty begins upon machine delivery. If issues arise, our engineers will be dispatched within 24 hours of notification. Maintenance support continues beyond the warranty period. Each machine includes English manuals for maintenance and operation.
