9. Acceptance Check

Upon delivery, conduct a thorough inspection of the products: Verify for any packaging damage, leaks, or discrepancies in quantity and accessories. Should any issues arise, promptly document with photographs and contact us for swift resolution.


10. Warranty Period

Enjoy a comprehensive one-year warranty that assures free replacement of components if not intentionally damaged. We provide ongoing lifelong maintenance support. Beyond the warranty, component and shipping costs apply.

We offer on-site debugging and training, with travel expenses covered by the customer. This includes airfare between China and your location, as well as accommodation and meals.
