Once the deposit is received, production will kickstart immediately. Typically, our state-of-the-art CNC milling machines are completed within 20 days, while our advanced automatic drilling and tapping machines are ready in just 15 days.


8. Packaging

To ensure maximum protection during transit, we highly recommend sturdy wooden box packaging, safeguarding your investment from potential damage.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon receipt, please meticulously inspect the goods: assess for any packing damage, leaks, or product harm; confirm that the product quantity and accessories align with your order; and verify the accuracy of all machine details. Should any issues arise, promptly photograph and reach out to us.


10. Warranty Period

We proudly offer a comprehensive one-year warranty. During this initial year, we provide free components for non-intentional damage, alongside lifetime maintenance. Post-warranty, component and shipping costs fall to the customer.

To ensure seamless operation, we provide on-site debugging and training. The customer is responsible for the associated expenses, including airfare between China and the buyer's location, as well as accommodation and meals.

The 12-month warranty starts from the day the machine arrives. In the event of a malfunction within this timeframe, our engineers will be dispatched to your location within 24 hours of notification. We offer ongoing maintenance support beyond the warranty. Each CNC machine is equipped with English manuals for maintenance and operation.
