7. Production arrangement

Mass production commences upon receipt of the deposit. Generally, CNC milling machines are completed within 20 days, and automatic drilling and tapping machines within 15 days.


8. Packaging

We recommend wooden box packaging to safeguard against damage during transportation.


9. Acceptance check

Upon receiving the goods, please conduct a meticulous inspection: Examine for packaging damage, leakage, and any product damage; Verify that the product quantity and accessories align with your requirements; Ensure all machine details are accurate. If you discover any issues, please take pictures and promptly contact us.


10. Warranty period

We offer a one-year warranty. During this period, we will dispatch replacement components free of charge if they are not intentionally damaged. We also provide lifelong maintenance services. After the warranty period, customers will need to bear the cost of components and shipping.

We can provide on-site debugging and training for customers, but these services will involve additional charges. Customers must cover the airfare between China and the destination, and offer free accommodation and meals for our technicians.

The 12-month warranty commences from the day the machine arrives. In case of malfunction, we will dispatch engineers to your factory within 24 hours of receiving notice. We continue to support maintenance even after the warranty period. Each CNC machine is accompanied by English maintenance and operation manuals.
