6. Payment Term
Upon signing the contract, a 40% deposit is required to activate the agreement.


7. Production Schedule

Mass production begins once the deposit is received. Generally, CNC milling machines are completed within 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines are ready within 15 days.


8. Packaging

We strongly recommend selecting wooden box packaging to ensure protection during transit.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon receipt, thoroughly inspect the goods for: damage to packing, leaks, or product damage; verify product quantity and accessories match requirements; check all machine details. Report any issues promptly with photographs.


10. Warranty Period

Enjoy a one-year warranty, including free machine components if not purposefully damaged. We provide lifelong maintenance. Post-warranty, component costs and express fees apply.

On-site debugging and customer training are offered at customer expense, covering airfare between China and the destination, with free accommodation and meals.

The 12-month warranty starts from the machine's arrival. If issues arise, our engineers will respond within 24 hours. Post-warranty support continues, with each CNC machine supplied with English manuals, including maintenance and operation guides.
