Upon receiving the deposit, mass production will commence promptly. Typically, our state-of-the-art CNC milling machines are completed within 20 days, while our cutting-edge automatic drilling and tapping machines are ready within 15 days, ensuring efficiency and swift delivery.


8. Packaging

We recommend robust wooden box packaging to safeguard the machinery during transportation, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon receiving the goods, please conduct a thorough inspection: check for any packing damage, leaks, or product damage; verify the product quantity and accessories meet your specifications; ensure all machine details align with your requests. If any discrepancies arise, please document with photos and contact us immediately for prompt resolution.


10. Warranty Period

We offer a comprehensive one-year warranty. During this period, any non-intentionally damaged machine components will be replaced free of charge. Our commitment extends to lifetime maintenance. After the warranty period, customers will cover the cost of components and shipping fees.

We provide on-site debugging and training for customers, with customers covering expenses, including air travel between China and the buyer's location, as well as accommodation and meals, ensuring seamless integration and operation of your new machinery.

The 12-month warranty commences on the day the machine arrives. Should it malfunction within this period, we pledge to dispatch engineers to your factory within 24 hours of notification.
