6. Payment term
Upon signing the contract, a 40% deposit is required to activate the contract.


7. Arrange production

Once the deposit is received, mass production commences. Typically, CNC milling machines are completed in 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines are ready within 15 days.


8. Package

For optimal protection during transit, we recommend selecting wooden box packaging.


9. Check the acceptance

Upon receipt of the goods, please thoroughly inspect them: check for any packing damage, leakage, or product damage; verify that the product quantity and accessories meet your requirements; ensure that all machine details are intact. If any issues arise, take photos and contact us immediately.


10. Warranty time

We offer a one-year warranty. Within this period, we provide complimentary components if they are not deliberately damaged. We also offer lifelong maintenance services. After the warranty period, customers are responsible for component costs and express fees.

We offer on-site debugging and customer training, though customers must cover expenses. This includes air ticket costs between China and the buyer's destination, with accommodation and meals provided free of charge.

The 12-month warranty period starts from the machine's arrival date. If the machine malfunctions, we will dispatch engineers to your site within 24 hours of notification. We continue to support maintenance even after the warranty ends. Each CNC machine is supplied with an English maintenance and operation manual.
