Production kicks off as soon as the deposit is confirmed. Typically, our CNC milling machines are ready within 20 days, while the automatic drilling and tapping machines are prepared within just 15 days, ensuring rapid turnaround.


8. Packaging

We highly recommend opting for wooden box packaging, which provides robust protection during transit, safeguarding your investment.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon receipt, conduct a thorough inspection of your shipment. Check for any packing damage, leaks, or product issues, and ensure that the quantity and accessories match your order. Report any discrepancies promptly with photographic evidence to facilitate swift resolution.


10. Warranty Period

Benefit from a one-year warranty that includes complimentary machine components, provided there is no intentional damage. We offer lifelong maintenance to keep your machine running smoothly. Post-warranty, component costs and express fees will be applicable.

We provide on-site debugging and customer training at the customer's expense, which includes airfare between China and your location. Accommodation and meals are available at no cost, ensuring a smooth transition process.

The 12-month warranty period begins upon the machine's arrival. Should any issues occur, expect our engineers to respond within 24 hours, providing prompt support. Post-warranty assistance is available, with every CNC machine accompanied by English manuals detailing maintenance and operational guidelines.
