7. Production Arrangement

Production kicks off promptly upon deposit receipt. Typically, CNC milling machines are ready within 20 days, and automatic drilling and tapping machines are completed in just 15 days.


8. Packaging

We utilize wooden box packing to safeguard your products during transit, ensuring they arrive in pristine condition.


9. Acceptance Check

Upon delivery, please conduct a thorough inspection: assess for packing damage, leaks, or product damage; confirm product quantity and accessories meet your specifications; and verify machine details. If issues arise, document them with photos and contact us immediately.


10. Warranty Period

Our commitment includes a one-year warranty, offering free machine components within the first year if not damaged intentionally. Lifetime maintenance is also assured. Post-warranty, component and shipping costs are customer responsibilities.

We provide on-site debugging and training at the customer's expense, covering air travel between China and your location, plus accommodation and meals.

Your 12-month warranty starts upon machine delivery. Should malfunctions occur, our engineers will be dispatched within 24 hours upon notice. We continue to offer maintenance support beyond the warranty period. Each CNC machine comes with comprehensive English instructions, a maintenance manual, and an operation manual.
