10. Warranty period

A comprehensive one-year warranty is included, offering free replacement of components that fail under normal use. Lifelong maintenance is available, though post-warranty period requires payment for parts and shipping.

We offer professional on-site debugging and training services, subject to additional costs. Customers are responsible for covering airfare between China and the destination, as well as providing accommodations and meals for our technicians.

The 12-month warranty commences from the machine's arrival date. In the event of a malfunction, we guarantee engineer deployment to your facility within 24 hours of notification. Maintenance support continues beyond the warranty. Each CNC machine is accompanied by comprehensive English manuals for maintenance and operation.
